How do I register on justgrocerys ?

You can create account by clicking on the "Sign in" link at the top right corner of the homepage and then "Sign Up" or you can also use your facebook logon.
NOTE: Provide accurate information including the Eircode its essential for the shops to render near by .


Do I have to register to make an order online ?

No, you can simply make a order as a guest through Guest check-out ( you do not need to create a account to make a order ),
However there are many advantages of registering to the portal .


Can I use mobile Apps ?

Yes , you can download mobile apps currently our platform supports Android and ios(Apple) just search for justgrocerys from respective stores or download it from homepage.


What if I forget my password?

If you forget your password you can go to login page and click on "forgot your password" link and give your email and click on submit. An automated mail will be sent to you with the auto generated password. Please reset it immediately after logging in.


We noticed Billing and Shipping address what are they important ?

Billing address refers to the Payment card address that you are using to pay the payment. Shipping address is the address where your order will be delivered.


What payment methods you accept ?

Currently we accept all Major Debit and Credit cards.


Is it safe to use my credit/ debit card?

Yes, we use Stripe for our payment process and it is safe to use your cards. you can find more details from www.stripe.com to know more details from their website.


Can I place my order over the phone ?

Yes, you can place your order over the phone, however this service can get very busy and is only available for certain stores/shops, so we recommend ordering through our simple and effective on demand ordering App or Website.


I would like to cancel my account?

Sorry for leaving us, however if you are not an active shopper you can contact us  to cancel the account.


Placed order but i want to cancel will get My Money Back ?

You are eligible for refund however we will deduct the service charges as the processing fees is already levied on us and the  balance money will be in your account in 3-5 business days.


Does it cost for Delivery ?

Yes, it depends on vendor the closer to the shop you selected the lower the cost of deliveries and it also depends on Weight .
Some of the vendors have their own crew to Delivery and they set there own delivery fee.


Do you have delivery charges?

Yes, we have delivery charges based on the distance and weight however sometimes our vendor provide a free delivery or provide a Coupon , more information available from Selected stores.


Why do you charge Service charge ?

Good question , we provide a platform between you as a user with vendors and the card payment processing levied on us  and we don't charge Customer or Vendors typically from 2.5 % to 3.5 % processing fee is charged to us.

Are there any hidden charges for cancellation and refunds ?

There are no hidden charges which will be charged for Refunds however for Cancellations we will not refund the service charges for more info please refer to  Refunds


Do you offer discounts or coupons ?

Yes we do, you can benefit from these great deals and discounts via subscribing to our Newsletter alternatively, you can click the coupons tab on the online store for a coupon code if one is provided by that selected store/shop.
